4. INSTALLATION

4.1 LOCATION
1. Place the unit on a firm and level surface, ensuring there is at least 30cm of free space
around it for proper air circulation.
2. Avoid installing the unit in the following conditions:
● Near radiators, heat registers, stoves or other heat-producing appliances.
● Where oil or water splashing is possible.
● Direct sunlight exposure.
● Areas prone to mechanical vibration or shock.
● Excessively dusty environments.
● Lack of proper ventilation, such as inside a cabinet or bookcase.
● Uneven surfaces.
WARNING
Install the unit in rooms larger than 4 m².
Do not install the unit in an area where flammable gas may leak.
NOTE
The manufacturer may provide other suitable examples or additional information
regarding the refrigerant odour.

4.2 OPERATING THE DEVICE SAFELY

● When unpacking, check the appliance for any damages or scratches.
● Operate this appliance within an ambient temperature range of 5-35°C.
● Use the dehumidifier indoors only; do not use it outdoors.
● Maintain a sufficient distance from walls, curtains or any objects that may obstruct
the inlet and outlet.
● Ensure the air inlet and outlet are free from obstacles.
● Before starting the unit, adjust the wind deflector in an upward direction.
● If the appliance is tipped more than 45°, allow it to sit upright for at least 24 hours
before operating.
