• The appropriate sensor holder must be used for all applications with increased safety or
load requirements and for sensors with clamp process connections.
• The Endress+Hauser sensor holder is generally recommended for mounting for all
applications →  49.

Strain on pipes!
Excessive strain on an unsupported pipe can cause the pipe to break.

Install the sensor in a sufficiently supported pipe. In addition to the use of the sensor
holder, for maximum mechanical stability the sensor can also be supported on the inlet
and outlet sides onsite at the installation location with the use of pipe clamps, for
example.
