This feature allows multiple fixtures to be linked together via the IEC input and output sockets.
The maximum number of units that can be connected in this manner is 30 fixtures. After this
values has been reached, an additional power outlet must be used to accommodate any additional
features.
All linked fixtures must be of the same make and model type. DO NOT mix fixtures.
Disconnect the unit from its power source, and remove the power cord from the unit. Locate the fuse
holder is inside the power socket, and remove the fuse holder by inserting a flat-head screwdriver
and gently prying it out of its slot. Remove the bad fuse and replace with a new one. Please note
that the fuse holder also includes a slot for a spare fuse, so be careful not to confuse the spare fuse
slot for the active fuse slot when installing a new fuse.
Listed below are some common problems the user may encounter, with potential solutions.
Unit not responding to DMX:
Check that the DMX cables are connected and wired correctly (pin 3 is "hot"; on some other DMX
devices pin 2 may be "hot"). Also, check that all cables are connected to the right connectors, as
the way in which the inputs and outputs are connected does have an effect on the operation of the
device.
Unit does not respond to sound:
• Quiet or high pitched sounds will not activate the unit.
• Make sure that Sound Active mode is enabled.
Due to fog residue, smoke, and dust, cleaning the internal and external optical lenses must be car-
ried out periodically to optimize light output.
• Use normal glass cleaner and a soft cloth to wipe down the outside casing.
• Periodically clean the external optics with glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
• Always be sure to dry all parts completely before connecting the unit back to power.
Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the fixture operates (i.e. smoke, fog resi-
due, dust, dew).
