TROUBLESHOOTING
Soft sounds from compressor, fan motor
and valves heard
"Crackling" sounds during defrost
No power going to the unit

Temperature or humidity sensor failure
Low temperature alarm
High temperature alarm
Open/Disconnected humidity sensor

Home circuit breaker was tripped. Reset the
circuit breaker
Ensure the unit is plugged in
Ensure the unit is not in "Showroom" mode
Solution

High and Low temperature alarms may occur
from extended door openings or heavy loading
of warm product. If alarm persists, call Perlick
