Answering When in Another Call

If you have an active call, and an incoming call arrives on the phone. The incoming call
information is displayed on the touch screen.
Do one of the following:
Tap the Answer soft key.

Tap the incoming call avatar.
Tap Answer.
The incoming call is answered and the original call is placed on hold.

Audio-only/Video Selection

You can choose to establish an audio-only call or video call while dialing or ringing. This feature
should be pre-configured by your system administrator.

Choosing to Place an Audio-only/Video Call

To place an audio-only/video call:
1.
Do one of following:

Enter the desired number using the keypad or the dial pad on the touch screen when
the phone is idle.
- Tap the line key when the phone is idle to enter the dialing screen.
Enter the desired number using the keypad or the dial pad on the touch screen.
