Warranty - Quincy Compressor QIFD 0010 Instruction Manual

Quincy Compressor (The Seller) warrants to each retail purchaser (Purchaser) products of the
Seller's own manufacture against defects in material and workmanship.
With respect to products not manufactured by the Seller, the Seller will, if practical, pass along the
warranty of the original manufacturer.
The Seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its option, to repair, replace, or refund the
purchase price of any product or part thereof which is deemed to be defective, provided the Purchaser
meets all of the applicable requirements of this warranty and none of the limitations apply.
Each Quincy Compressor Integrated Product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under proper use, installation, application, and maintenance in accordance with the
manufacturer's written recommendations and specification for a specific time period outlined below.
Maintenance and adjustments to hot gas valves, float drains, condenser cleaning, and other routine
maintenance required to keep the dryer in good operating order is not considered a warranty item.
Maintenance and adjustments are the responsibility of the end user and any labor or parts for such
maintenance will not be considered or reimbursed under warranty. Consult the instruction manual
for adjustment and maintenance requirements.
REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER AND CHILLERS
Seller warrants for twelve (12) months from the date of start-up or twenty-four (24) months from fac-
tory shipment, whichever occurs first. This includes labor and approved travel. All warranty travel
expense will be paid to the nearest authorized repair center.
NOTE: In addition to the above-stated warranty, both air-to-air and refrigerant-to-air heat exchang-
ers in the Integrated Product line of dryers are warranted on a prorated basis from time of shipment
for a period of five (5) years. This extended warranty is limited to parts only and will be prorated in
the following manner: Year 1 – 100% of current cost, Year 2 – 100%, Year 3 – 75%, Year 4 – 50%, Year
5 – 25%.
REGENERATIVE DRYERS
Seller warrants for twelve (12) months from the date of start-up or eighteen (18) months from factory
shipment, whichever occurs first. This includes labor and approved travel. All warranty travel
expenses will be paid to the nearest authorized repair center.
NOTE: In addition to the above-stated warranty, a parts only warranty exists on all regenerative
dryers for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment from the factory (with Service contract).
ALL OTHER QUINCY COMPRESSOR INTEGRATED PRODUCTS
Seller warrants for twelve (12) months from date of start-up all filters, drains, economizers,
water separators, etc. This includes labor and approved travel. All warranty travel expense will be
paid to the nearest authorized repair center.
NOTE: In addition to the above-stated warranty, a parts only warranty exists on these products for
a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment from the factory.
