You can see that the hub is in contact with the forward teeter strop on the left picture. Zero the level and
you can check the angle by putting the rotor to the rear teeter stop

Is the angle smaller than the tolerance given this could have one reason:
External force applied to one or both ends of the teeter stop assembly plate from the underside which
has deformed the plate. It must be determined how this has occurred. This cannot happen in an in-flight
or taxiing phase or normal aircraft operation.
