Maximum Output Calibration

After installing the gas analyzer probe (Figure 4-37), refer to Figure 4-38 to locate the gas
valves and the Maximum Gas Adjustment screw (A) on each valve. Follow the instructions
below to set the maximum gas output level for each valve.
Adjusting the Maximum (A) Gas Output Setting
1. Remove the cap of the combustion gases sampling point (Figure 4-37) and connect a
suitable gas analyzer.
2. Operate the burner to a minimum power following the procedure described in Section 4.36
(Figure 4-40) ''Sweeper'' function (CASCADE MAN 100%).
3. Check that the CO

4. If necessary, correct the value by turning the adjustment screw "A" in a CLOCKWISE
direction to decrease the value or ANTICLOCKWISE to increase the value.
5. Repeat the adjustment for all gas valves in the boiler.
