Create goal config
Create goal config for:
Use this feature to select the target to create the goal configuration for PMem modules.
The options are Platform and Socket.
Reserved [%]:
This feature reserves a percentage of the PMem capacity for a particular purpose and
keep this portion of memory space from being mapped into the physical address of sys-
tem for system use.
Memory Mode [%]:
This feature reserves a percentage of the PMem capacity for special use in a specific
Memory Mode. (This value can be automatically set by the system.)
Persistent memory type
This feature specifies the type of PMem memory capacity to be created. The options are
App Direct and App Direct Not Interleave.
Namespace Label version
Use this feature to view and modify the namespace label version to initialize when creat-
ing goals. The options are 1.2 and 1.1.
Create goal config
Use this feature to create a memory allocation goal with settings above,

Press <Enter> to go back to the main screen of Provisioning.
Back to main menu
Press <Enter> to go back to the main screen of Intel(R) Optane(TM) Persistent
Memory Configuration.
Delete goal config
Delete goal config for:
Use this feature to select the target to delete the goal configuration for PMem modules.
The options are Platform and Socket.
