4. With a T30 bit torque driver set to a force of 8.0 in-lbf (0.904 N-m), tighten all PEEK
nuts in the sequence of A, B, C, and D with even pressure. To avoid damaging the
processor or socket, do not use excessive force when tightening the PEEK nuts. (For
best durability, 8.0 in-lbf torque is recommended.)
Important: Do not use a force greater than 8.0 in-lbf (0.904 N-m). Exceeding this force
may over-torque the screw, causing damage to the processor, heatsink, and nuts.
5. Examine all corners of the heatsink to ensure that the PHM is firmly attached to the
CPU socket.
