Hot Plug Capable (Available when the device is detected by the system and
"Enable/Disable VMD" above is set to Enable)
Select Enable to enable Hot Plug support for the root ports specified, which allows
the user to change the devices on those root ports without shutting down the system.
The options are Disable and Enable.
VMD Config for IOU 3
Enable/Disable VMD
Select Enable to enable the Intel Volume Management Device (VMD) technology
support for the root port specified. The options are Disable and Enable.
