Original installa�on and opera�on manual

Assembly of the product is complete.
2.
Compressed air inlet/outlet valves are closed.
3.
Electrical installation of the product is complete.
4.
The section "3.1 Product overview" on page 19 was read and applied.
5.
The condensate drain service valve is open.

Establish the mains supply.
Power the product acting on the ON-OFF switch and wait 30 seconds the booting of User

Interface. Refer to section "3.1 Product overview" on page 19.

Wait 2 hours to allow the heat up of oil of refrigerant compressor.
4.
Water-cooled models: establish the cooling water supply.
5.
Water-cooled models: check the regular water flow in the water circuit.
Start the product pushing for 3 seconds the START-STOP button on the User Interface.

Refer to section "9.3 Overview of User Interface after power ON" on page 60.
If the product does not start and the User Interface shows the alarm A14, stop the

commissioning work and refer to section "7.2.1 External power supply" on page 51.
8.
Check the power consumption complies with the values engraved on the type plate.
9.
Wait for the cooling fan to run.
Wait until the dew point value displayed on the User Interface is stable. Refer to section
10.
"9.4 Operate on the User Interface" on page 60.
11.
Establish the compressed air supply.
12.
Slowly open the air inlet valve.
13.
Slowly open the air outlet valve.
14.
Check the air connections for air leakage.
15.
Wait for the condensate drain to works.
16.
Check the condensate drain works correctly.
