3. Connect the charger cable to X-Smart
receptacle located on the right side of the device. See Fig. 1
4. Connect the charger to the mains.
Warning
While charging, the charger and the device should be outside
patient environment (at least 1.5m from the patient).
During battery charging, charging screen is activated with
battery symbol and battery level (percentage) on the screen.
Duration of charging: Approximately 3 hours.
Notes

Use only the original charger.

X-Smart
In case that the battery is completely flat, and the device would not
turn on, contact your distributor for battery replacement by a service
personnel.

Cable Connection Test

In case measurement indication is not detected a cable connection
test needs to be conducted. A connection test feature is included in
X-Smart
1. Connect the measurement cable
with attached file clip and lip clip
and turn on the device.
2. Connect the metal part of the file
clip to the lip clip. Make sure that
the accessories are cleaned
properly before the test.
3. "Cable connection test" icon

4. If no icon appears, the file clip or
the measurement cable should be
replaced.
