Please check the cleanliness of the process win-
dows and/or the flange alignment. As well, check
that the purging tubes are free.
Self-calibration procedure error. Please check the
device specification (device is used out of the
specification and/or the process gas is required for
reference purposes).
Normal operation of the device.
