1. Put graphite gasket on the purging tube and insert
into process flange.
2. Check if the window in flange is clean. Look through
the window on a source of white light or its surround-
ings. If there is dust or dirt, clean with a dry, dustless
cloth and then purge with dry air. Isopropyl alcohol
may also be used.
3. Mount flange on the pro-
cess flange with another
graphite gasket between
flange and purging tube.
Screw on M16 nuts with
pads and tighten them
with 14 mm hex key and
24 mm wrench. Tighte-
ned nuts with torque (ap-
proximately 60 ... 70 Nm)
for good seal on the gas-
kets.
