Manipulation of the device
Physical access to the device enables undesired manipulations of the device. As a result of
this, the device can lose its measuring properties and become unusable.
• Ensure that the device is located in a protected area to which only authorized persons
• If no settings need be carried out, lock the device.
SITRANS TDL is classified as a Class 1 laser product. The emitted laser radiation is invisible
(near infrared) and not hazardous to an unprotected eye. SITRANS TDL has warning labels
placed at positions specified in the EN 60825-1:2014-11 norm.
