Cycle Counting and Material Usage
Cycle counts of the proportioner pump A and B sides
and solvent pump allow the control to keep track of:
Amount of material A and B that the proportioner
has pumped to the gun(s) and/or recirculated to the
reservoirs since the counter was reset
Solvent used since counter was reset
Total Premier pump cycles (non-resettable)*
Total solvent pump cycles (non-resettable)*
Work life time
Runaway pump condition

Total cycles can only be viewed in Setup Mode.
Some of the information is used by the control to
activate set system responses, which include:
To run the solvent pump for a set number of cycles
when solvent pump key is pressed
To turn on the feed pumps after a set number of
Premier cycles
Work life time alarm
Runaway pump alarm
Solvent Usage
When key 2 is pressed to display the amount of sol-
vent used, the key 2 light turns green, and the sche-
matic solvent pump light blinks. See Fig. 24 and 25.
The display will show the amount of solvent used since
the value was last reset.
NOTE:
The keypad display of solvent usage is based on
the cycle counts per gallon/liter that were entered
during setup.
There is no alarm associated with this function.
Manual or Spray Mode
Solvent Usage Reset
To reset the solvent usage totalizer to zero, press key
2 for five seconds.
