Replacing the Sensors (continued)
Solvent Pump Cycle Counter
1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure on page 20.
2. Disconnect the cycle counter sensor (607) from its
mating connector. Unscrew the cycle counter
sensor housing (622) from the air motor port. See
Fig. 111.
3. Install the new sensor housing and sensor.
4. Connect the sensor to the correctly labeled mating
connector.

Proportioning Pump Cycle Counter
1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure on page 20.
2. Disconnect the cycle counter sensor (465) from its

4. Remove the jam nut from the sensor (465).
5. Remove the sensor from the pump frame.
6. Install the new sensor and jam nut.
7. Connect the sensor to the correctly labeled mating
