Replacing the Circuit Board
11. Unscrew the six hex standoffs (125d), and remove
the circuit board (125c). See Fig. 105.
12. Secure the new circuit board (125c) to the panel
with the hex standoffs (125d).
Replacing the Wire Harness
13. Disconnect the wire harness. Note labeling or
orientations for reconnection. Create tags or notes
as required for proper installation of the new wiring
harness.
14. Remove the circuit board cover (125b).
15. Disconnect the cable from the circuit board (125c).
Create tags or notes as required for proper instal-
lation of the new cable.
Service
16. Cut the wire ties holding the cable to the propor-
tioner. Remove the cable from the wiring conduit.
Reassembly
17. Connect the ribbon cable to the circuit board
(125c). See Fig. 105.
18. Place the cover (125b) over the circuit board
(125c), and secure it with the screws (125f).
19. Connect the wire harnesses to the two circuit
board connectors.
20. Close the access door (125); be sure not to crimp
or pinch the wires. Secure the door with the
screws (135).
