Material Usage Key 4, Level 3
Material A Usage
Default Setting: see chart below for default settings
depending on the pump ratio
Purpose
To set the cycles per gallon/liter for proportioner side
A. This allows the control to calculate the usage of
material A.
Access
In setup level 3, press key 4 on the keypad to access
the Material A Usage function.
Keypad Display
The key 4 light is green and 3 appears in the keypad
setup level position. See Fig. 66.
System Schematic Panel
The pump A light blinks. See Fig. 67.
Changing Values
See the chart below for settings for the fixed ratio
pumps.
Press the arrow keys to change the cycles per gallon/
liter for proportioner side A.
