Application opti- The TPS 2700 auto-transformer can be used with the following digital power

Device concept

The auto-transformer has its own main switch, which can be used to centrally
switch all the components of the welding system on or off.
High quality transformers, protective plastic frames and powder-coated alumini-
um housings ensure that the TPS 2700/TPS 3200/TPS 5000 auto-transformers
are highly reliable and durable.
To enable the TPS 2700/TPS 3200/TPS 5000 auto-transformers to be fitted on
the „PickUp" trolley together with the FK 4000/FK 4000 R cooling unit and a
power source, they are all, with the exception of the TPS 5000 480 - 455 V mo-
del, supplied with an extension plate for the gas cylinder holder.

Principle The TPS 2700/TPS 3200 and
TPS 5000 auto-transformers enable
the digital power source to be used on
mains voltages of 600 V and 575 V. A
transformed voltage of 460V will be
available on the power source connec-
tion cable terminal.
The TPS 5000 480 - 455 V auto-trans-
former enables the digital power
source to be used with mains voltages
of 480V. The transformed voltage of
455V is available on the power source
connection cable terminal.
