.
On the 201 0 set INPUT to "DIRECT" and OUTPUT SECTION A TIENUATOR to
"x
1 ".
6
.
Set READ OUT SELECTOR and EFFECTIVE AVERAGING TIME on the 2010, and
RECTIFIER RESPONSE, LOWER LIMITING FREQUENCY and WRITING SPEED on the
2307, appropriately for the preferred recording mode
.
7. Load the Level Recorder with recording paper as described in its Instruction Manual
and synchronize it with the 2010 as described in section 4 .1
.
8. Adjust ATIENUATOR and OUTPUT VOLTAGE on the 1902 to provide a suitable in-
put level to the test object.
9. On the 2010 set FREQUENCY RESPONSE to "Linear" and adjust INPUT SECTION
ATIENUATOR and GAIN CONTROL to obtain full scale deflection on the meter.
10. Adjust the INPUT POTENTIOMETER and INPUT LEVEL on the 2307 to obtain full
scale pen deflection.
11 . Set FREQUENCY RESPONSE on the 201 0 to "Selective".
12. Start the sweep.
1 3. If the recorded level proves insufficient, increase the gain by means of the OUTPUT
SECTION ATIENUATOR on the 2010.
