Safety notes
Damage and malfunction in case of opening or modification!
In case of unauthorized opening or modification of the device, damage and
malfunction can occur. In addition, this will result in loss of warranty.
•
Never open or modify VISUFIT 1000 Platform.
Any opening or modification of the device not covered by the descriptions in this manual will result in
the immediate loss of warranty.
Hazard due to cables lying around
Cables which are lying around may lead to injuries.
•
Arrange cables in a way, that no one can harm themselves, for example
through tripping.
Risk of overstrained components
Do not use the lifting column for more than 2 minutes at a time, otherwise
technical components could be overstrained.
•
Use the lift column for a maximum of 2 minutes in one go.
•
If the lift column was used permanently for 2 minutes, pause it for 18
minutes.
The system is made for optical stores or practices which relates to Home
Healthcare environment. The system is not designed to be placed in cafes,
churches, outdoors (streets, sidewalks, parks), vehicles (cars, buses, trains, boats,
planes, helicopters), bus stations, and theatres.
Glasses (frames) that are adapted or created based on the data set of VISUFIT
1000 Platform must finally be checked and adjusted by an eye care professional.
2.4 Combining devices
Use only accessories and spare parts which are approved by ZEISS for this device. When using
accessories and spare parts that are not approved by ZEISS, safe operation of the device cannot be
guaranteed.
2.5 Cyber, network and data security
The device may only be operated in a network with components conforming to
IEC 60950 or IEC 62368. Before installing VISUFIT 1000 Platform:
•
Identify, analyze, assess, and control these risks into the network.
•
For defined security, ask an IT professional or your service technician.
