WARNING: External equipment intended for connection to the Ultiri
Measurement System shall comply with relevant IEC standard (e.g., IEC 60601
series for medical electrical equipment). In addition, all such combinations of
systems shall comply with the standard IEC 60601-1, Medical electrical
equipment - Part 1: General requirements for basic safety and essential
performance. Any person who connects external equipment to signal output, or
other connectors, has formed a system and is therefore responsible for
compliance of the system with the requirements of IEC 60601-1. If in doubt
contact a qualified technician. Only the PressureWire X Guidewire and the
Wi-Box AO Transmitter are intended to be used with the Ultiri Measurement
System wireless receivers.

Powering On

For detailed information on electrical requirements, refer to "Making Proper
Electrical Connections" on page 8.

Connect the power cable from the connector on the power supply unit to a
grounded electrical outlet. Be sure that the power cable can be easily
removed from the electrical outlet.

Turn ON system power by pressing the On / Standby button. The startup
screen is displayed.
The first time the software runs, select a language (if prompted). If necessary,

refer to the installed software User Manual to change this selection.
The first time the software runs, the End User License Agreement (EULA)

displays. Read and agree to the EULA to proceed.
Adjust monitor brightness and contrast as necessary.

Shutting Down

CAUTION: Do not unplug from AC power or turn off main power until the
shutdown is complete and the screen turns black. Disconnecting from AC
power before the shutdown is complete may damage the system.
Before shutting down, be sure to select Logout from the menu.

Press the On / Standby button. The shutdown menu is displayed.
2.
Select Yes to begin the system shutdown, or No to continue using the system.
3.
If you choose Yes, the computer begins the system shutdown. The
screen turns black and the system enters Standby mode.

Unmounting

To unmount the unit:
Turn off system power.

Disconnect all cables.
2.
Carefully support the unit, remove the mounting fasteners, and place the unit

on a stable surface.
