2. Actual Bias Voltage/Current Measurement
(a)
Connect nothing to the test fixture.
(b)
Measure the monitor voltage (Vo).
(c)
Connect the desired sample to the test
fixture.
(d)
Measure the monitor voltage (Vm).
(e) Calculate the actual voltage applied to
the
DUT
(V)
or
the
actual
current
through the DUT (I) using the following
equations:
I = (Vo "Vm)/Ri
V = Vo -(Ri +R2 +Rl)*I
Note
Repeat step 2 each time the DUT
is
changed
since
the
monitor
voltage (Vm) depends on the DUT
impedance.
