In the Open dialog box, browse to locate the new firmware file on your computer (by
default the file is stored at C:\Program Files (x86)\Extron\Firmware).

ATTENTION:
Valid firmware files must have an .eff file extension. A file with any other

extension is not a firmware upgrade for this device and could cause the unit
to stop functioning.
