3 USING THE OPERATION PANEL AND SWITCHES

3.3 Using the switches

3.3.1 NOZZLE switch

When you press the NOZZLE switch, you can change the nozzle position.
When the NOZZLE switch is pressed, the indicator in the NOZZLE switch will illuminate and the nozzle will start to move.
When the nozzle stops moving, the indicator will turn off.

If you press the NOZZLE switch while the nozzle is moving, the nozzle will stop moving.
The indicator of the NOZZLE switch will blink at this time.
If you press the NOZZLE switch once more, the nozzle will return to its original position.
The movement position of the nozzle will be different depending on the panel screen.
When the home screen is displayed or during reverse mode
If you press the NOZZLE switch when the nozzle is at its lowest position, the nozzle will move to a higher position.
If the nozzle is at a high position, it will move to the lowest position.
If the nozzle is at its highest position, it will move to a lower??? position.
During test mode or when the end processing screen is displayed
If you press the NOZZLE switch when the nozzle is at an upward position, the nozzle will move to the highest.
If the nozzle is at its highest position, it will move to a lower??? position.
If the nozzle is at its lowest position, it will move to a higher position.

3.3.2 GLUE ON/OFF switch

The GLUE ON/OFF switch is used for turning the discharge of glue on and off when the treadle is operated.
When the indicator of the GLUE ON/OFF switch is turned off, glue cannot be discharged.
When it is illuminated, glue is discharged when the treadle is operated.
The operation method will be different depending on the panel screen.
When the home window is displayed
If the treadle is operated once while the indicator is illuminated, the indicator will turn off.
If the treadle is operated once while the indicator is turned off, the indicator will illuminate.
During test mode
The indicator will illuminate while the switch is being pressed.
When the switch is released, the indicator will turn off.

3.3.3 Knee switch and Op hand switch

The knee switch and Op hand switch are used for changing the program and step during a single process.
The functions of the knee switch and the Op hand switch can be changed by setting memory switch No. 231.
When memory switch No. 231 is set to "1"
When the home screen is displayed, the step number is increased by 1 each time the knee switch is pressed.
The Op hand switch cannot be used.
When memory switch No. 231 is set to "2"
When the home screen is displayed, the step number is increased by 1 each time the knee switch is pressed.
When the home screen is displayed and the treadle is at the neutral position, the program number is increased by 1 each time the
Op hand switch is pressed.
