3.3.4 Feed speed adjustment switch
This can be used to make fine adjustments to the feed speed for the upper roller while gluing is being carried out.

When the feed speed adjustment switch is moved upward, the feed speed for the upper roller becomes faster than the
program setting speed. Memory switch No. 256 can be used to set the rate at which the speed increases.

When the feed speed adjustment switch is moved downward, the feed speed for the upper roller becomes slower than the
program setting speed. Memory switch No. 255 can be used to set the rate at which the speed decreases.

If you try to start gluing while the feed speed adjustment switch is at a setting other than the neutral position, an error will occur.
When starting gluing, return the feed speed adjustment switch to the neutral position.
3.4 Sleep mode
During sleep mode, the temperature of the glue is lowered while gluing is not being carried out, in order to prevent the glue from
deteriorating. Use sleep mode if you will not be using the bonding machine for a certain period of time.
The glue heating time is not incremented during sleep mode.
The available sleep mode consists of "automatic sleep mode" and "manual sleep mode".
NOTE:
The nozzle and melter will remain at high temperatures even during sleep mode, so be careful not to get burns from them.

If not using the bonding machine for 2 hours or more, carry out the gluing stop procedure in Chapter 7 in order to prevent the
glue in the nozzle discharge holes from solidifying.
3.4.1 Auto sleep mode
When the home screen is displayed or during test mode, if the treadle is not operated or no keys on the operation panel are pressed
for a certain period of time (initial value: 30 minutes), the bonding machine will automatically enter sleep mode. The time interval
before automatically entering sleep mode can be changed using memory switch No. 302. In addition, memory switch No. 301 can
also be used to set the bonding machine so that it does not automatically enter sleep mode at all. Refer to "3.5" for details on the
memory switch setting method.

1 minute before the bonding machine switches to automatic sleep mode, the following warning screen will be displayed on the

operation panel and the warning indicator on the operation panel will blink. If any one of the keys on the the operation panel is
pressed at this time, the operation of automatically entering sleep mode will be canceled and the screen display will return to
what it was before the warning screen was displayed.
