12.3 Adjusting the upper cloth and lower cloth sensor amplifiers

Adjust the upper cloth and lower cloth sensor amplifiers.

This bonding machine uses the following three types of amplifier.

Upper cloth sensor amplifier FS-N11MN (1)

⚫

Lower cloth sensor amplifier FS-N11MN (2)

⚫

End detection sensor amplifier FS-N11N (3)

The names of the amplifier parts are shown below.

Do not touch the end detection sensor amplifier.

●

If the sensor emitters, the areas around them or the reflectors become dirty, the amount of incoming light will drop, and

there may not be enough incoming light to set the necessary light intensity. In such cases, clean the affected areas and

then carry out adjustments.
