13 SOFTWARE UPGRADE
13.1 Preparation
Create the following folder in the USB media.

¥BROTHER¥ISM¥ISMSYS
Copy the version upgrade file into the folder which you created.

13.2 Software upgrade
Insert the power plug into an electrical outlet, and stop the supply of air.

Insert the USB media which was created in 13.1 into the USB port at the side of the operation panel.

Check that the correct version number for the control program that you are going to update is displayed. If "-.-.--" is

displayed, it is possible that the version update files have not been saved correctly into the USB media.
Touch the screen to place a check mark against all of the control programs that you would like to update.
