Problem
Paper frequently jams in the
paper feed section even
when the paper feed pressure
adjustment lever is set to the
position of [Z (thick paper)].
The back of printed cards is
peeling or the leading edge
of printed cards is wrinkled.
The [
JAM] lamp remains
lighting even though there is
no paper jam.
Original data with multiple
pages have been sent from a
computer. Even though mul-
tiple copies are set for print-
ing, this machine repeats
master making one page at a
time.
Even though the computer
has sent the original data,
this machine cannot receive
it.
The [START] key is blinking. Check if the received original

numeric display and the
machine does not start.

Check if the paper stripping
pressure is appropriate.

already been output after it

Set the stripper pressure adjustment knob to adjust
the paper stripping pressure.

The margin at the top of the printed paper (leading
edge in the paper output direction) must be at least
5 mm (3/16 inches). Lower the horizontal print posi-
tion, and then print. If it is not possible to lower the
print position, reduce the size of the original to allow
enough margin and perform master making again.

The sensor may malfunction if this machine is
exposed to direct sunlight.
Shield the light using curtains, etc., in order to pro-
tect this machine from direct sunlight.
Temporarily delete the original data that this machine
has received. To delete the original data, press the
[INTERFACE] key

computer, and then resend the original data to this
machine.
