Outgoing announcement
Your answering system is pre-programmed with an announcement for normal (answer and record)
mode If the phone is set up to record messages, the phone answers calls with "Hello. Please leave
a message after the tone." You can use this announcement, or replace it with a recording of your
own
Record outgoing announcement
Press SETUP, and the system announces "Announcement. Press PLAY or press
RECORD. To continue set up, press SETUP."
2 Press REC/MEMO After you hear "Record after the tone. Press STOP when you
are done," speak toward the MIC to record an announcement for up to 90
seconds
3 The elapsed time (in seconds) is shown in the message window when
recording
