caused by the owner's or operator's improper mainte-
nance or use, by accidents for which the manufacturer
has no responsibility, or by acts of God. For example,
an emission-related warranty claim need not be honored
for failures that have been directly caused by the opera-
tor's abuse of the engine/equipment or the operator's
use of the engine/equipment in a manner for which it
was not designed and are not attributable to the manu-
facturer in anyway.

The warranty periods begin on the date the new Off--
Highway Recreational Vehicle ("OHRV") is delivered to
an ultimate purchaser.
Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. ("BRP") war-
rants to the ultimate purchaser and each subsequent
purchaser that the OHRV is:
1. Designed, built, and equipped so as to conform, at
the time of sale, with all applicable laws, rules and
regulations; and
2. Free from defects in materials and workmanship that
may cause the failure of a warranted part. All re-
placement parts must be identical in all material re-
spects to that part as described in BRP's Executive
Order of Certification application.
The warranty on emissions-related parts function as
follows:
