UART interface on headers compatible with Arduino-standard

The UART interface signals are connected between the PSoC™ 5LP device and CYW20829. The same signals
have been shared across digital interface connectors compatible with Arduino J4.1–J4.2. For using UART lines
on a connector compatible with Arduino, perform the board rework with the specific resistor assembly.
