Y-Axis Bearing Block
Assembly Replacement
Y-Axis Bearing Block Assembly
Removal
1. Turn off the engraver.
2. Disconnect engraver from power
source.
3. Remove the left or right panel of the
engraver, depending on which y-axis
bearing block assembly is being
replaced.
4. Loosen and or remove the four (4)
5/32" fasteners that secure the x-axis
assembly to the y-axis bearing block.
There are two (2) on the right side and
two (2) on the left side:
Left Side
5. Once the x-axis assembly fasteners
are removed and or loosened, gently
lift the x-axis assembly to free it from
the locator pins on the y-axis bearing
blocks:
6. Rest the x-axis assembly on the
chassis of the engraver.
