Usability Improvements. Fixed issues that caused:
"Viewing Saved Test" to sometimes be displayed while running a live measurement; marker frequencies to be displayed incorrectly compared to the
graph; auto-diplexer logic not working correctly on a sweep referenced test.
• Test Result File's: Metadata corrections have been made to better ensure metadata correctly represent results
• Missing Tech ID causing reassignment of asset to another user should no longer happen without user interaction
