Solutions
Yes, please reboot the system to solve this
issue.
If the output of PTC-150 is set to 1080p, a
warning message will be issued and
displayed on the TVS-1000A multiview.
However, this warning message will not be
sent to the program view and does not
affect any functions.
We allow changing file name only locally in
session. We do not change original file name
because file can be used in many projects
and then file will be missed. So if rename on
Hard Disk is required, it must be done as a
new feature.
Please load the picture as the logo layer to
solve this issue.
AUX card HDMI output does not support
audio out. This AUX card is for Preview Out
and not Program Out so there is no audio
output from AUX card.
From Version 1.1.3402 onwards, user does
not need to do firmware update as the
system will upgrade the firmware
automatically.
It takes approximately 5 seconds of wait
time to import the virtual background file.
The desired number of monitors required
must be connected to the TVS-1000A System
prior to starting the machine. The image
display on the monitor screen will be
distorted if the monitors are plugged in after

the machine is running might lead to
operation termination, file system error,
