The following items are not covered by
the noise control system warranty:
Failures which arise through misuse,
alterations or accident damage.
Replacing,
modifications of any part of the
noise control system (consisting of
the exhaust system and air intake
system) with parts not certified to
be noise legal for street use.
Triumph
Limited and its authorized dealers
shall not be liable for loss of use,
inconvenience, lost time, commercial
losses
consequential damages.
Any motorcycle which has had the
odometer recorded mileage changed
so that the correct mileage of the
motorcycle cannot be accurately
determined.

Warranty
The
following
the emission control system and is

in addition to the general Triumph
warranty and the noise control system
warranty.
Triumph Motorcycles America Limited
warrants
subsequent owner, that the vehicle

was designed and built so as to
conform, at the time of sale, with the
regulations of the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency and the California
or
Air Resources Board and, at the time
of manufacture, was free from defects
in materials and workmanship which
would cause the motorcycle not to
meet the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency or California Air Resources
Board Standards. This emission control
system warranty extends for a period
of 5 calendar years or 18,641 miles
whichever occurs first, from the date
on which the motorcycle was delivered
to the first retail purchaser or, in the
case of a demonstration motorcycle or
company motorcycle, the date on which
the company placed the motorcycle in
service prior to retail sale.
