2. Countdown mode: time, distance, calories.

After starting the countdown mode, the walking belt will begin to move at the slowest speed
within 3 seconds.

3 . Predefined programs (Body Sculpting, Fat Burning, Mountain, Road).
- When you select the program, details of the selected program will appear on the display.
- After 3 seconds, the device will start to work with speed level and incline degree dedicated to
the first part of the selected program.
- When the first part is over, the device will go to the next one automatically and speed level and
incline will automatically switch the values to the ones dedicated to the next part.
- When you finish all of the parts of selected program, the speed will decrease, incline will go back
to 0 level and treadmill belt will stop smoothly.
