4. Main computer functions
Connect power cord to the socket. Press power switch, light will turn red. The start view will appear on
the screen. After a while, the device will switch to standby mode.
4.1. Qucik start

4.2. Work Out
1. To select one of the saved programs or countdown modes, select Work Out icon and then select
program:
- Heart Rate Control – heart rate control program,
- Time – time countdown,
- Distance – distance countdown,
- Calories – burning calories countdown,
- Body Sculpting – sculpting body,
- Fat Burning – burning fat,
- Mountain – running on mountainous terrain,
- Road – running on flat ground.
• Before you start training, select the appropriate program settings for you. To change the value of
parameters, select icon – or + on left and right side on the screen.
• To start training, press icon of selected program visible in the middle of display or START icon on right
side of the screen (applies to the HRC program).
Adjust the speed quickly. (on right side of panel).
When you connect USB memory with music, select track.
