CAN transmission doesn't need any jumper settings. All signals are hard-wired.
Power is permanently supplied to the CAN transceivers by VCC5 and
VCC3.3V/5V and VCC15.

The signal layout of the female D-Sub connectors can be seen in the below table.

Table 3-7 shows the hard-wired interconnection between the V850E2/Px4 and
the CAN transceivers.
