IMPORTANT: When reinstalling balance
ring,
note,
if
there
is a
mark located on outer edge of
balance ring,
this
mark
(if
present)
indicates
light
side of
ring.
This
light
side must be installed at a
9 o'clock position with center of
rack
at
12
o'clock
when viewed from top of transmission, Figure
53.

cause stripping or

damage.
