Disassembly/assembly
Collared pins/end cap (6) – if required
Remove end cap (6).
Unscrew the three defective collared pins (4).
Fit new collared pins (4).
Fit new end cap (6).
B007-B050 brakes for ZBF motors
NOTE. Retaining plate (7) is only fitted on units
i
with IP55 enclosure.
Fit retaining plate (7) with collared pins (4).
Collared pin tightening torques

Fit brake disc (3).
Mark "I" and the bore hole on stop plate (1) must be aligned
with the mark on end cap (6) when armature plate (2) is fitted.
NOTE. For the low noise variant, armature plate (2) must be
i
replaced by the two washers (2a) and (2b). (Only for B007 -
B680 brakes)
Important. Pay attention to the following:
Stop plate (1) must not be deformed and must be in flat contact
with armature plate (2) across its entire surface.
Stop plate (1) must not jam between collared pin (4) and
armature plate (2).
