K-Cube Inertia Piezo Motor Driver
6.3.3 Channel Tabs
Fig. 6.2 Piezo Motor Driver K-Cube - Settings
The Settings panel exposes channel specific parameter values, one tab for each
channel.
Moves can be initiated via the GUI panel, either by using the jog buttons (see Section
5.6.) or by entering a position value after clicking on the position display box (see
Section 5.4.), or by pressing the buttons on the unit.
Feedback Signal
The USER IO connector on the rear panel exposes two pairs of four digital inputs.
These inputs can be used by a drive channel to receive a signal from the actuator
being driven, either a differential QEP encoder feedback signal, or the FWD and REV
limit switch signals. The Feedback Signal Mode parameter sets up the QEP/Limit
switch selection for the specified channel.
Disabled - The digital inputs are disabled.
Limit Switch - The inputs accept a signal when the limit switches are activated, as set
in the I/O tab Mode parameter.
