2.17 LCR (Least Cost Route) PROGRAM

Least Cost Route is a system programmable feature that automatically selects the least cost
route available at the time an outside call is made; LCR had associated with ARS (Automatic
Route Selection) in the system.

5 different programming kinds for LCR table:

K21：LCR Parameter Set
K22：LCR Prefix Code Table
K23：LCR Time Table
K24：LCR Adjust Code Table
K25：ARS Group Table

KIND 2-126:Assign the appropriate extension to ARS group.(01-09, 00 is invalid).
KIND 2-133: LCR Pointer of extension, point to any Table number as start pointer.
KIND 2-135: LCR display mode.
KIND 3-47 : Assign the appropriate CO line to ARS group.(01-09, 00 is invalid).
KIND 3-94: LCR Pointer of CO line (used for call forwarding-CO to CO line).
KIND 3-98: Whether to check the ARS group or not, when assign a CO line to dial
outgoing telephone number and execute LCR.
KIND 6: Function Number 31- set Function Code to start LCR.

Programming Steps

Step1 : enter K6 and set a Function Code of Function Number【31】to start LCR.
Step2 : enter K3 item 47 to Assign the appropriate CO line to ARS group .
Step3 : enter K2 item 133 to Assign LCR Pointer, point to any Table number as start pointer.
Step4 : enter K21,22,23,24,25 to set LCR table.

Programming Example

The following is an example to show how to program LCR so that the user can dial
outside call via the least expensive line. Program LCR to work when the Function Code
for LCR is dialed by the user .

2.17.1 LCR : Kind 21

Set every table length and ARS grabbing/hunting route first.
Max table length is 200 each; All table length total max. 400.
When K 22, 23, 24 programs have been finished, please don't change it again or else
re-program is necessary.
