Removing the oil gun, replacing/adjusting the nozzle and the ignition electrode
ATTENTION: avoid the electrode to get in touch with metallic parts (blast tube, head, etc.), otherwise the boiler operation
would be compromised. Check the electrode position after any intervention on the combustion head.
To remove the oil gun, proceed as follows:
1
remove the combustion head as described on the prevoius paragraph;

after removing the oil gun, to clean the nozzle remove it from its place after uncsrewing V;
3
unscrew cap C and clean the nozzle body CU; replace the nozzle if necessary;

in order to replace the electrode, unscrew the fixing screw and remove it: place the new electrode being careful to observe the
measures (in mm) shown on next pictures and reassemble following the reversed procedure.

To adjust the nozzle position, unscrew the fixing screw, move the nozzle backwards or forwards, then fix the screw on the new
position. In the example from "1" to "2" - see picture below.
