Once cleaning is complete, slide the maintenance cover on the left side of the Y-bar to close
it.
• Make sure the maintenance cover is returned to the correct position.

Switch the maintenance switch to print mode.

Tap [Complete] > [Finish].

Execute cleaning (in normal mode).

Make a test print and check the print results.
• Repeat the cleaning and test printing process until the print results appear normal.

Ink has leaked out.

• If an ink leak occurs, turn off the main power immediately and turn off the breaker. Then, contact
your local dealer or our service office.

Touch panel operation is not possible.

Points to check
Are any objects such as tape or
labels affixed to the touch panel
screen or the black outer frame?
Is the touch panel dirty?
Maintenance cover
"Maintenance Switch"(P. 37)
Touch panel operation may not be possible if objects such as tape or
labels are attached to it. Please remove any such objects before
operation.
If it is very dirty, gently wipe off the dirt with a soft cloth.
