SERVICING
1. Troubleshooting
Symptom
The output is deficient
The lubricant oil consumption is
too much
The fuel is mixed into the lubri-
cant oil
Water is mixed into the lubricant

The oil pressure is low

procedure
5. There is compression leakage
6. The air cleaner is dirty or clog-
ged
1. The gap of the piston ring
points to the same direction
2. The oil ring is worn out or can-
not move
3. The piston ring groove is worn

4. The valve stem and valve
guide are worn out
5. The crankshaft bearing and
the crankpin bearing is worn out
6. Oil is leaking due to damaged
seals or packing
1. The plunger of injection pump
is worn out
2. Deficient nozzle injection
3. The injection pump is dam-
aged
1. The head gasket is damaged
2. The crankcase or cylinder
head is damaged
