4. ENGINE
• If the fume from the nozzle directly contacts the
human body, cells may be destroyed and blood
poisoning may be caused.
1. Set the injection nozzle to the nozzle tester.
2. Check the nozzle spraying condition.
NOTE
• If the spraying condition is damaged,
replace the nozzle piece.

CAUTION
• Check the injection pressure and condition,
after you make sure that there is nobody
standing in the direction the fume goes.
• If the fume from the nozzle directly contacts a
human body, the fume might destroy cells of a
human body and cause blood poisoning.
Tools required
• Nozzle tester
1. Set the injection nozzle to the nozzle tester.

2. Slowly move the nozzle tester's handle to measure
the pressure at which the fuel begins to jet out from
the injection nozzle.
NOTE
• If the measurement is not within the service
specification, replace the adjusting washer
(1) in the nozzle holder to adjust.
