Restart the Library

After replacing the LCM, power on the library.
1. Press and hold the front panel power button
until the button's LED illuminates.
2. Wait while the library completes its power-on sequence, which takes about five
minutes, depending on the library configuration.
The BlueScale user interface is again available both through the front panel and
through a web browser.
Note:
It may be necessary to upgrade firmware on the LCM. See the Spectra
T200, T380, & T680 Library User Guide for detailed information about
performing firmware upgrades. The LCM must reboot after a firmware
upgrade, which will interrupt backups.

Restoring the Library Configuration

After the library restarts, restore the partition definitions and library configuration
settings using one of the following methods.
Via USB—Restore the configuration you previously saved to a USB storage device
or uploaded to a file on a computer (see
page
11).
Via the Library Controller (LC) or Remote Library Controller (RLC)—Re-enter
the partition and other library configuration settings as described in the Spectra
T200, T380, & T680 Library User Guide.
Via Flash Card—If SpectraGuard Support directs you to do so, remove the card
from the LCM you replaced and install it in the new LCM compact flash slot (see
Replacing the Compact Flash Card on page
10
(Figure
